The Bulgarian company DI Logic has developed a specialized research vessel for a project of the Institute of Fisheries and Aquaculture in Plovdiv. The vessel is equipped with modern instruments and can conduct studies in inland waters, rivers, and shallow coastal areas. The catamaran, named Viking, is designed for various microbiological, ichthyological, and other scientific research. It enables precise monitoring and the development of both national and international programs.

It also supports the farming of freshwater fish and mussels through detailed analysis of water quality. In addition to specialized research vessels, DI Logic also manufactures catamarans for leisure and tourism. These vessels can carry up to 25 passengers with a two-person crew, powered by engines of 250 hp.

To enhance its production, the company continuously invests in high-tech machinery and digitalization, improving quality while optimizing costs. Its most recent equipment upgrade was made possible with financing from a commercial bank, backed by a guarantee from the National Guarantee Fund, part of the Bulgarian Development Bank Group. The company acquired digital cutting machines used in catamaran production as well as in other business activities.

DI Logic is also among the leading manufacturers of specialized equipment for industry. The company fulfills custom orders for the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical sectors in Bulgaria, Serbia, France, and Australia.
