The National Guarantee Fund (NGF) was established in 2008 as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Bulgarian Development Bank (BDB). The Fund is a recognized guarantee institution and a leader in providing own-risk portfolio guarantees in support of small businesses. The guarantees we issue to commercial banks facilitate enterprises’ access to financing across the country.
